Meamar’s artistic journey is a testament to the enduring power of artistic exploration and the transformative potential of visual expression. Educated in Florence, Italy, he absorbed the masters’ techniques at the Accademia delle Belle Arti, mastering classical sculpture, interior design, and fresco painting. A pivotal encounter with Salvador Dali ignited a decade-long exploration of surrealism, shaping his unique visual language and fostering a deep understanding of the subconscious’s influence on artistic creation. This period allowed Meamar to develop a personalized surrealist vocabulary, one that resonates with both dreamlike imagery and a profound sense of introspection.

Meamar’s work seamlessly blends classical foundations with contemporary expression, creating a bridge between historical artistic practices and modern sensibilities. His expertise spans from Renaissance-inspired murals, where he meticulously recreates scenes of mythological grandeur, to vibrant, mixed-media pieces that push the boundaries of traditional painting. In his latest collection, Meamar reclaims his artistic past by printing images of his earlier  frescoes onto wood panels and then painting over them.
